3 Artistes Managed by Yu Menglong’s Agent Have All Died Under Mysterious Circumstances
The tragic pattern linking Yu Menglong, Qiao Renliang, and Qiu Feng has the internet buzzing with speculation.

Yu Menglong’s tragic death on September 11 has continued to fuel conspiracy theories that have grown increasingly dark and unsettling with time.
While official reports stated that Menglong’s fall was an accident, some netizens have speculated otherwise, suggesting that foul play might have been involved.
In particular, attention has turned to his manager, Du Qiang, whom online rumours allege could be connected to the incident.
Recently, Du Qiang was reportedly spotted in Ximending, Taipei, with claims circulating that he had fled to Taiwan under the alias “Du Yicheng”.
The sighting has intensified concern among fans, many of whom have since left messages for Menglong’s mentor, veteran Taiwanese entertainment manager and producer Sun Derong, urging him to stay safe.
Some netizens expressed fears that Derong could be Du Qiang’s next 'target', as online discussions surrounding Menglong’s death continue to spiral.
Some even believe that Du Qiang isn’t in Taiwan to escape the controversy of Menglong’s death, but rather “to carry out a mission”.
Another theory claims that Du Qiang managed to enter Taiwan under a fake identity to establish a shell entertainment company — a front that appears legitimate but is allegedly used to conceal other undisclosed activities.
Concerned Chinese netizens have since taken to social media to sound the alarm, warning: “Beware of the devil’s company.” Others cautioned, “Taiwan, be careful of this murderer’s company,” voicing fears that EE-Media could be attempting to expand its alleged illicit operations into Taiwan’s entertainment scene.
Following Yu Menglong’s death, online users began digging into Du Qiang’s past — and what they uncovered was, to say the least, deeply disturbing.
Further digging revealed that Du Qiang had previously managed three artistes — Chinese actor-singer Qiao Renliang, Shaolin Temple monk Qiu Feng, and Yu Menglong. Tragically, all three have since passed away.
Qiao Renliang was found dead at his Shanghai home in 2016 at the age of 28. His management at the time stated that he had long struggled with insomnia and was diagnosed with depression in 2015, suggesting that he had taken his own life.
However, much like Menglong’s case, Qiao’s death was clouded by rumours and conspiracy theories, with some claiming there was foul play and that other public figures may have been involved.
Qiu Feng, meanwhile, was just 21 when he died in a car accident in August 2024. He was en route to Zhejiang for work when the private-hire vehicle he was travelling in collided with a truck, reportedly driven by a man whose licence had been revoked.
The fact that all three artistes died while under Du Qiang’s management has left the public deeply unsettled, fuelling speculation about a troubling pattern.
Adding to the intrigue, unverified reports claim that Du was once photographed attending a military summer camp in Shanghai, sparking rumours that he may have a military background and even possess combat training.
Some netizens now suspect that Du’s role at EE-Media extended beyond talent management, alleging he might have been involved in monitoring or controlling artistes under his care.
Despite the mounting speculation, Du Qiang’s current whereabouts and motives remain unknown.
