A former Samsung Electronics president has gone viral for his remarkably youthful looks after marrying a former South Korean model 25 years his junior.

The groom, Sohn Young Kwon, also known as Young Sohn, 70, recently tied the knot with Kim Ja Yeon, 45, in an intimate ceremony at the Bürgenstock Resort in Switzerland.

Wedding photos shared by Ja Yeon on Instagram have since caught the attention of netizens, with many struggling to believe Young is already 70.

Ja Yeon, who won the SBS Supermodel Contest in 2003 and is now a business and marketing strategist, met Young in 2024 through their shared connection as Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) alumni.

They started out as friends before romance blossomed earlier this year.

In her wedding announcement, Ja Yeon revealed that she had once thought she would remain single for life, until she met Young, whom she described as a warm-hearted man who loves and respects her.

Young previously served as president and chief strategy officer of Samsung Electronics. He is currently a senior adviser to the company and chairman of Harman International's board of directors.

"The guy looks in really, really good shape for a 70-year-old," commented one Reddit user.

Another joked: "If he's 70 years then what the f*** am I? 140 years old? I'm half his age and I got more white hair than him."

Others were equally impressed by how fit he looked.

“It's not just that, he looks physically healthy too. Most 70-year-olds I've seen in life do not look that healthy,” wrote one netizen.

Some also felt the couple looked well-matched despite their 25-year age gap.
