We've read about many ageless celebrities, but this truly takes the cake.

Taiwanese Influencer Lure Hsu, eldest sister of actress-singer Sharon Hsu, 43, recently celebrated her 50th birthday, and once again, her radiant, youthful looks have gone viral.

At her family birthday celebration, Lure donned a simple white top and shorts, showing off heer slim, toned figure.

Looking barely past 30, it’s no wonder netizens were stunned by her real age.

Lure’s timeless beauty has been featured internationally, from the UK’s Daily Mail to Vogue Korea.

But while her appearance continues to draw admiration, she revealed that turning 50 was more emotional than she expected.

“It doesn’t really feel like anything special. But the day before, while talking to the universe, I cried my heart out, officially bidding farewell to 49. After releasing those emotions, I felt suddenly light. Now I feel relaxed and at ease,” she shared on Instagram.

While good genes play a role — her mother, now in her 70s, and siblings are all youthful-looking — Lure revealed that in the past that much of her ageless glow comes from discipline and mindful daily habits.

Here are some of the beauty and diet tips she swears by.

Hydration first thing in the morning

Every morning, Lure drinks one litre of warm water to rehydrate and jumpstart her metabolism. She believes proper hydration is key to fat-burning, energy, and overall vitality.

Fiber- and protein-rich diet

Her meals focus on whole, unprocessed foods. She favors fiber-rich and high-protein options that keep her full longer and support digestion. Since the body burns more calories breaking down protein, this also helps boost metabolism. Heavy sauces and processed foods are avoided in favor of clean, natural flavours.

No sugary drinks or soups

Aside from her morning black coffee, Lure stays away from sugary drinks, which she says dehydrate the body and easily turn into fat.  She also skips soup at mealtimes — especially thick or sodium-heavy varieties — which can cause bloating. Instead, she opts for plain water.

No food after 7pm

Evenings are for rest and recovery. Eating too late, she believes, slows digestion and turns excess food into fat. If she’s hungry, she opts for low-calorie fruit.

Skincare and body care

Clear, youthful skin is another priority. She uses soap and a bristle brush in the shower, especially on her back, to prevent breakouts. Hydration and sunscreen protection are non-negotiable. “As long as your skin drinks enough water, you don’t have to worry about aging or wrinkles," she said.

Daily exercise

Of course, exercise is a must. Lure does 50 sit-ups and 50 push-ups daily to strengthen her core and arms. And when you exercise matter too. She works out before dinner, never right before bed, to ensure better sleep and more effective fat-burning.

A natural beauty.

We'd believe you if you told us she's a uni student.

Good genes run in the family. Lure's mum (middle in white dress and red cheongsam) was 70 when the photos were taken.
