Cecilia Cheung Treats 46 Fans & Their Families To Hong Kong Disneyland, Covers Flights & Expenses

In May, Hong Kong actress Cecilia Cheung celebrated her 46th birthday with a very generous promise: 46 lucky fans would receive return flights and Hong Kong Disneyland tickets for a family holiday during the school break.

And she definitely kept her word.

Earlier this week, Cecilia personally joined the winners and their families at Hong Kong Disneyland, reportedly covering their flights and park tickets, as well as helping with some expenses during the trip.

Dressed in a matching yellow-and-pink outfit with a Disney CookieAnn headband, the 46-year-old looked every bit ready for a day at the happiest place on earth.

But it wasn't just her youthful looks that caught attention.

Despite the heat, Cecilia remained approachable throughout the day and was especially attentive to the children.

In one widely praised moment, she noticed a child standing under the hot sun. When staff held an umbrella over Cecilia, she told them to give it to the child instead, saying: “I don’t need it”.

She then arranged for umbrellas to be held over the children and reminded staff to give them portable fans to keep cool.

Cecilia also spent the day chatting with the families, interacting with the kids and posing for group photos.

Photos and videos from the outing soon made the rounds online, with netizens praising Cecilia for “really treating her fans like family”.

Many were impressed that she not only followed through on her birthday promise but also personally showed up to spend the day with them.

Naturally, her looks didn't escape attention either.
