Fan Receives Necklace From Cecilia Cheung After Bumping Into Her On The Streets

Imagine bumping into your favourite celeb on the street... and then she gives you a gift.

That’s exactly what happened when a lucky fan ran into Hong Kong star Cecilia Cheung, 44, in Shanghai.

When the fan approached Ceci for a photo, the actress, who’s known to be friendly and approachable, not only responded warmly, she started rummaging through her bag and handed the fan a gift.

The fan was stunned and blurted out: “Ah, what?”

Cecilia laughed and joked: “I just handed it over like it was the most natural thing!”

The fan later revealed that it was a necklace from the actress’ streetwear brand SeeCeci Street.

Necklaces from the brand range from HK$750 to HK$1,980 (S$128 to S$339).

The fan shared that she’s been a huge fan of Ceci for 22 years and has followed the star since childhood and tries to attend every event she can.

“Cecilia is my childhood and youth,” she said.

The sweet moment was captured on video and quickly went viral.

Many netizens expressed their envy for the lucky fan and praised Ceci’s generosity.

“She’s truly generous. I remember someone once admired her watch, and she just gave it to them on the spot!” said one netizen, while a second wrote: “She really spoils her fans!”
