Zheng Geping Posts Behind-The-Scenes Pics From Upcoming Movie… But All We See Are His Abs
Damn.
Okay, so Zheng Geping’s super fit body isn’t exactly fresh news. The 56-year-old ‘hunkle’ has been rocking his chiselled look for years, and the fitness fanatic has definitely put in the necessary time (and more) to maintain his physique.
Nevertheless, when Geping made this post, sharing a number of behind-the-scenes photos from his upcoming movie, Deleted, the first thing that we saw was, well, his abs.
A quick scroll through the comments showed that our sentiment was pretty much shared by most, with local actor Desmond Tan summing it up best with three fire emojis. Whew.
It's not easy looking this good, okay?
And according to a short conversation Geping had with a fan in the comments section, the actor had to watch his water intake closely during filming so as to make sure his abs were on full display.
As it turns out, this is a trick commonly used by bodybuilders before a big competition 'cos restricting one’s water intake will help to make muscles more defined.
However, this process tends to be very tough on the body, and might result in dehydration and muscle cramps. Ouch.
But as Geping put it in his caption, "no pain, no gain”.
Damn.
