Takeshi Kaneshiro, 51, Back In The Public Eye After 3 Years — “Hasn’t Changed At All After All These Years”

Takeshi Kaneshiro fans recently got into a tizzy when Muji China shared newly released photos of the Japanese-Taiwanese heartthrob on Weibo.

The 51-year-old actor is the brand's latest ambassador and the two photos were part of its ad campaign.

In the first photo, Takeshi sports an off-white shirt layered over a white tee with khaki pants, and a sports denim shirt paired with a white tee and blue pants in the other.

With his wavy hair and laidback style, he still looks as handsome as ever. 

The famously private star, who doesn’t have social media, has been largely off the radar since his last movie This Is Not What I Expected, in 2017.

He last appeared on the cover of China's Elle Men in 2022 and is now believed to be living in Japan.

Fans were super thrilled to see Takeshi back in the public eye again and praised Muji for being able to sign him as their ambassador. 

"I can never get tired of looking at this man," gushed one netizen, while another said: "He hasn't changed at all after all these years."

A cheeky netizen quipped that she'll be saving the ads "into her personal collection" so she can see them every day.
