8. Ayam Penyet, $6.90
Stall: Ayam Penyet
Sinful as it is, Ayam Penyet (aka smashed fried chicken) is one of our fave Malay dishes. We like it with the crunchy bits and lots of chilli, and this stall does a more-than-decent chilli. We needed lots of water to calm our tongue down though, but it’s well worth it!
