If you’re a planner at heart, especially when it comes to maximising those precious leave days, you’ll know it’s worth planning those getaways around public holidays and long weekends.

The list of public holidays (PH) for 2026 in Singapore is out. Of the 11 gazetted PHs, there are six long weekends, up from the paltry four in 2025. (Still planning a getaway this year? Make use of this guide to help you maximise 2025’s public holidays and long weekends.)
