As a welcome offer to fans, consumers can watch for free the last four matches from the Indian Premier League cricket tournament (Nov 1-3), currently taking place in United Arab Emirates.
Other content available on Hotstar includes top-rated shows from Star Vijay and Star Plus, and Hotstar originals such as Aarya (above), a thriller fronted by former Miss Universe Sushmita Sen; Special Ops, starring Kay Menon; and Hostages, starring Ronit Roy.
Hotstar will also feature exclusive direct-to-streaming Bollywood films (including the late Sushant Singh Rajput’s Dil Bechara) as well as a curated library of over 2,000 Hindi, Tamil, and Telugu movies (among them India’s highest-grossing film of 2017, Bahubali 2).
