After years of running the hugely successful Halloween Horror Nights, Universal Studios Singapore has finally come up with a Hello-ween party for those who cannot stomach the horror and gore of the nighttime scarefest. The all-new Daytime Halloween Fun is for kids, kidults and everyone in between who want to experience a non-scary, super-cute Halloween party. The proceedings just kicked off at Universal Studios Singapore over the weekend, and will go on till Oct 31.
