If you ordered lunch via GrabFood today (Nov 21), chances are, you’re still waiting for your food… or your food may be arriving just in time for dinner.

Customers were left waiting up to five hours for their orders, due to a glitch in the GrabFood app that happened at lunchtime, from as early as 11.20am. While customers were able to place orders on the app and restaurants were able to accept and fulfil them, a technical error in the system meant that Grab delivery partners could not pick up any deliveries.
