First Look At Marquee S'pore: We Went On A Ferris Wheel In A Club And It’s As Cool As We Imagined

A playground for adults! It’s just like Disneyland! It’s designed to be the most Instagrammable club!
These were some of the quips overheard at the Marquee Singapore media preview, where we got a sneak peek at the biggest club to open here in, like, forever. Taking over one of the theatres at Marina Bay Sands, the 2,300sqm mega club, which hails from New York, is a spectacular sight to behold, with a functioning eight-arm ferris wheel as the centrepiece of its cavernous three-storey premises.
Famed for throwing unabashedly immersive, festival-like soirees, Marquee draws in celebs by the throngs at its Big Apple, Las Vegas and Sydney venues. What it wants to do here in Singapore: bring partying to a whole new, carnival-esque level. From what we saw at the media preview, we can safely say that this is probably the most exciting opening on these shores yet.
