Mayday 2018 Life Tour
Celebrating its 20th anniversary this year, popular Taiwanese rock band Mayday will be staging its 10th concert tour with the aim of creating a brand new experience for fans by challenging themselves with performances that they’ve never done before. Expect hits like ‘Here, After, Us’ and ‘Love-ing’.

TORUK: The First Flight (final weekend!)
Cirque du Soleil presents an enthralling show inspired by James Cameron’s record-breaking film Avatar. The show takes place in the mythical world of Pandora, with events happening prior to that of the film. With spectacular sets and special effects, it combines Cirque du Soleil’s distinct style with the film’s whimsical imaginary world. The show will showcase the distinct styles of directors and multimedia innovators, Michel Lemieux and Victor Pilon.

Peter & Blue’s Forest Adventure by Singapore Dance Theatre
Created by SDT Artistic Director Janek Schergen this hour-long children’s ballet production will feature “live” narration that engages with the kids. The performance revolves around a fairytale about a young boy and his pets on a magical adventure, learning meaningful morals along the way. Children will also get a chance to meet the dancers and take photos with them after the performance. Recommended for children aged three and above.

Art from the Streets (final weekend!)
This exhibition features works by some of the world’s top street artists, including the famous Banksy, Futura, Blek le Rat, but also upcoming new art sensations like Singaporean artist Speak Cryptic and Felipe Pantone from Spain. Trace the history of 40 years of Street Art, from its beginnings to its evolution as a contemporary art form.

Super Mommy
After multiple sold-out runs in Taiwan, this heart-warming Mandarin musical about parenting, domestic helpers, work-life balance, family and dementia, comes to Singapore. The story follows a neglected boy and how he gets attached to the domestic helper brought in to look after his grandfather, ultimately changing the dynamics of the whole family. Director Lang Tsu Yun helms the production with music director Huang Yun Ling. Cast includes Jaspers Lai, Lin You Fa and Chriz Tong. Performed in Mandarin with English surtitles.
