Singapore Food Festival

With over 25 F&B stalls taking over the Bayfront Event Space once more, this is truly a foodie’s haven. There are traditional faves from foodie maestros — think One Prawn & Co’s signature bisque, assorted kueh from Rempapa and Jelebu Dry Laksa’s eponymous signature dish. Feeling adventurous? Zero in on the Refectory’s fermented durian seafood curry or grilled durian with cheese.

With live performances at the Entertainment Stage by Tiger Beer and carousel rides for the kiddos, expect convivial culinary fun at the Festival Village. Supersonic and DJ Tinc take the stage on Sep 9, and Jack & Rai on Sep 11.

For a little indulgence, there’s the nine-course dinner at the Chef’s Arena next door (from $128, includes VIP entry to the Festival Village and a Martell cocktail), where local chefs bring elevated local fusion dishes to the table.
