Avatar-Themed Experience At Gardens By The Bay Will Teleport You To Pandora From Oct 28; Tickets Already On Sale

If you’ve always wondered what it’d be like to be teleported to the fantastical realm of Avatar’s Pandora, here’s your chance to make that into reality.

Avatar: The Experience is coming to Gardens by the Bay and will transform the Cloud Forest into the otherworldly realm of Pandora from Oct 28, 2022 until Mar 31, 2023. Tickets are priced from $27 for adults and $23 for children (aged three to 12) for Singapore residents ($53 and $40 respectively for non-residents), and are already on sale (full details below).

Described as an “immersive walkthrough event”, Avatar: The Experience is, of course, inspired by James Cameron’s Avatar, aka the highest-grossing film globally of all time that bagged Oscars for its astounding special effects.

Soon, the mesmerising CGI effects will come to life at Avatar: The Experience. The experiential journey into this magical realm is split into five zones. Visitors will experience Pandora’s bioluminescent environments, mystical creatures and flora via mesmerising interactives and installations. The trip around Pandora will also include interaction with a life-sized animatronic banshee, while a baby version of the aerial predators, handled by puppeteers, will be available for photo opps.

Visitors will also get a first look at an artistic sculpt representation of Ilu (above), the new marine creature from the upcoming Avatar: The Way of Water (the long-awaited sequel is set to be released in Singapore on Dec 15).
