Up To 50 Per Cent Off Staycations & Dining At A Hotel Flash Sale Happening Soon. Here Are The Best Deals
Half-price staycations, anyone?
Fancy a staycation at a luxury hotel suite as big as a five-room flat, but not so much the price tag that comes with it? You’ll be happy to know that there are a couple of hotels offering half-price deals on stays and dining in a flash sale that's happening this month.
Set your alarms for 9am on Sep 8 because that’s when an online flash sale by Andaz Singapore (which reopens Sep 9) and Grand Hyatt Singapore starts. It will run for two weeks, and ends on Sep 22 at 8.59am. There’s a VIP list that you can sign up for to access the flash sale a day earlier from Sep 7 at 9am. The sale is to mark Andaz Singapore’s resumption of business, as well as its third birthday celebrations.
What’s in store, you ask. There are room and dining offers of up to 50 per cent off, and an additional 10 per cent off if you spend at least $2,000. These are vouchers that you’ll be purchasing, so you can snag the deals now, and book a date for your hotel stay later on. Andaz Singapore’s room and cash vouchers are valid until Mar 31, 2021, while dining experiences vouchers are valid until Dec 31, 2020.
Among the deals at Andaz Singapore is its City View Room Experience at $324, which usually would set you back by $590. Going for something more luxurious? A night at the hotel’s 1,227sqft Large Suite (above) will cost $650 instead of the usual $950. The package comes with $100 F&B credits, breakfast for two, all-day refreshment and snacks at the Sunroom lobby lounge, early check-in and late check-out. The in-room minibar with alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages is also included.
Grand Hyatt Singapore’s Bed & Breakfast Family Staycation in a grand deluxe two-bedroom (above) will be on sale at $730 (original price $1,167.58) and includes breakfast for four at StraitsKitchen, a BBQ platter for four at Oasis, 20 per cent off room service and $50 spa credits.
There will also be a slew of dining promos during the flash sale. At Andaz Singapore, all-day dining restaurant Alley on 25 is proffering its Picnic Afternoon Tea at $48 per pax, among other deals. Got an appetite for a heartier meal? Shell out $110 per pax for a tasting menu at premium steakhoue 665°F.
Not all of Andaz Singapore’s F&B outlets will resume operations on opening day on Sep 9. While Alley on 25, 665°F and drinking spot Bar Square will welcome guests on Sep 9, tze-char restaurant Auntie’s Wok and Steam and rooftop bar Mr Stork will resume operations in phases, with dates to be confirmed.
