Apple TV+ has dropped the trailer for its first Korean-language original production, the sci-fi drama Dr. Brain.

Based on the popular webtoon on the same name and directed by Kim Jee-Woon (I Saw the Devil, A Tale of Two Sisters), the six-ep series stars Parasite’s Lee Sun-Kyun, My Name’s Park Hee-Soon and Crash Landing on You’s Seo Ji-Hye.

The story follows a brilliant brain scientist Sewon (Lee) who suffers a horrific personal tragedy when his family falls victim to a mysterious accident. Desperate to uncover what happened, he goes to extraordinary lengths to solve the tragic mystery by conducting “brain syncs” with the dead to access their memories for clues.

Dr. Brain will premiere on Nov 4, with new episodes streaming every Thursday.
