We are two months away from the release of No Time to Die, the 25th instalment in the James Bond franchise. The movie — originally slated to open in April but was delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic — just dropped its second trailer. (We’re told another teaser targeted at the Asian market will be unveiled shortly.)
At two-and-a-half minutes, the new trailer is packed to the gills with the kind of supercool stuntology fans have come to expect from a Bond movie. It also gives us more footage of Rami Malek’s Safin, the bad guy with bad complexion, Ana de Armas’s CIA operative Paloma, and Lashana Lynch’s 00 agent Nomi.
Directed by Cary Joji Fukunaga (True Detective), No Time to Die marks Daniel Craig’s fifth and final appearance as the British superspy. The movie also stars Ben Whishaw, Naomie Harris, Jeffrey Wright, Ralph Fiennes, Lea Seydoux, and Christoph Waltz.
According to IMDB, No Time to Die clocks in at 163 minutes, making it the longest entry in the series. 2008’s Quantum of Solace is the shortest, with 106 minutes.
No Time to Die opens in cinemas Nov 12.
