We are just a week away from the HBO Go premiere of Zack Snyder’s Justice League (Mar 18, same day as the US), the four-hour (and two minutes), NC16-rated (lots of bloodshed) director’s cut of the superhero epic. Forget the lame version you saw in the cinemas four years which Joss Whedon had a hand in (re)making it.
As a reminder, WarnerMedia has released a series of B&W character posters as well as character-specific teasers. Why B&W? Turns out there is not one but two Zack Snyder’s Justice League, one in colour and one in B&W. The latter — dubbed the ‘Justice is Gray’ edition — is also the director’s preferred version. At the recent IGN Fan Fest, Snyder said that the monochromatic edition will be streamed on HBO Max eventually.
Until then, that’s another story for another time. Meanwhile, if you aren’t a HBO Go subscriber, you can sign up via meWATCH for a three-month subscription for the price of two at $27.96 (UP $41.94) or a 12-month subscription at $119.98 with a free $10 Grab Food eVoucher.
