Zhejiang TV, Which Was Blamed For Godfrey Gao’s Death, Slammed For Endangering The Lives Of Celebs Again
“A leopard can't change its spots," said one netizen.
It seems like Zhejiang TV, the Chinese broadcaster which was blamed for the tragic death of Taiwanese actor Godfrey Gao, has not learned its lesson.
Zhejiang TV came under fire over the weekend after behind-the-scenes photos of variety show Youth Periplous in the Chinese city of Guilin went viral online.
According to netizens, all the scenic spots across Guilin had been shut due to the torrential rain last Saturday (Jun 6). What infuriated them was that despite warnings that the water level of Yulong River had risen past the safe level, Zhejiang TV went ahead with its shoot, putting the lives of its cast and crew in danger.
