Vic Chou, Reen Yu spotted with daughter

Taiwanese actor-singer Vic Zhou has always been protective of his daughter, and has previously declared that he wishes that she will “never be in the limelight”.

However, it seems like not everyone got the memo, as the little girl’s face was photographed when the family of three was out and about at the zoo last week. The 37-year-old has kept most details about his daughter private, including her exact date of birth, how she was delivered and even her name.

With his skyrocketing popularity after starring in three dramas in the mainland last year, netizens praised the actor for still ensuring that he spends as much time with his family as possible, as he has previously shared that he tries to fly back to Taiwan at least once a month to spend time with them.

During their most recent outing, the couple was dressed in casual clothing but did not wear masks to conceal their identities. The little girl, who was fast asleep when the photos were taken, was seen wearing a pink beanie while snoozing in the stroller that Vic was pushing.

Thankfully, the photos of the little girl released had her face mosaicked, and as such did not expose what her facial features look like.

However, the release of the photos has prompted backlash from netizens, who asked if it was necessary to follow and photograph a couple out having a family day.

Vic registered his marriage with actress Reen Yu back in 2015 and welcomed their only child, a daughter, in 2016.
