Hongkong actress Lee San-san, 42, hasn’t made a public appearance in seven years. And there’s a reason the 1996 Miss Hongkong has all but disappeared. San-san, who Singaporean audiences will know best for playing Zoe Tay’s rival in love in The Unbeatables III, opened up in a three-minute clip that she had been suffering from panic disorder. The vid was commissioned by Hongkong’s Mental Health Foundation and San-san revealed her condition through a series of cue cards — like that wordless scene in Love, Actually where Andrew Lincoln comes clean about his feelings for Keira Knightley — that spelled out what she had been through.
