Steven Ma Asks Netizens Not To Call His Unreasonable Neighbour ‘Mentally Ill’, Says She’s Just A "Bad Person"

The feud between Hongkong actor Steven Ma and his upstairs neighbour, now identified as a woman named Ivy Kwan, shows no sign of getting resolved.

Steven first talked about his unpleasant experiences with her last month, sharing that her incessant noise-making every day from 11pm has caused him to not have a good night’s rest since she moved in a year ago.

Rather than back down, Ivy is believed to be kicking up an even bigger fuss after the actor's social media rant, which has led Steven to reveal more details about his experiences with her.

On March 4, he posted a pic of Ivy not wearing a mask on Facebook. He wrote: “This photo was taken in March 2020. She harassed me and made trouble at my front door, and even took off her mask when the COVID-19 pandemic situation was very serious at the time.”
