When it comes to the death of Taiwan’s 'Queen of Ballroom Dancing' Serena Liu, no one is taking it harder than her devoted husband, singer Shin Lung. When she first slipped into a coma after going for heart surgery, Shin Lung had taken to his socials to share his grief, writing that he’s " willing to give up my own life for hers”.

When Serena passed away on March 22, Shin Lung was so heartbroken that he could not face the media. Jacky Wu, who owns the management agency Shin Lung belongs to, had to hold a live-streamed press conference on the 48-year-old’s behalf instead.

In the days following Serena’s passing, Shin Lung was kept busy at Serena’s memorial service, which ran from March 25 to 29. He spoke briefly to the press outside the venue, where he revealed that he had dreamt of his wife one night, and that he feels that Serena is “still with [him]”.
