Did you know that Taiwanese singer-actress Rainie Yang was once part of a girl group, and that her English name, Rainie, is her stage name? The group, which was named 4 in Love, had well, four members, and each of them was named after a different meteorological phenomena — Rainie, Cloudie, Sunnie, and Windie. The quartet made their showbiz debut in 2000, but disbanded just two years later.
While Rainie, 36, is undoubtedly the most famous member of the group now, the rest of the members, with the exception of Cloudie, are all still in showbiz. Sunnie Huang, who’s 38 this year, is now an actress and host, although she took a step back from her career after tying the knot in 2014. Windie Chang, who’s 36 this year, is a singer and a frequent guest on variety shows. Recently, Windie made her foray into YouTube, where she uploads song covers and vlogs.
In a video that she posted on July 22, Windie took to the streets of Taipei's popular shopping destination Ximending for an “undercover video”, which left her in tears.
