After buying a HK$30mil ($5.3mil) mansion for his mum Deborah Lee last year and another HK$85mil ($15mil) luxury property with a sea view in Hongkong’s Repulse Bay for his dad Patrick Tse earlier this year, Nicholas was also reported to have bought an “apartment on the higher levels” at Harbour One building in the Central district.
According to Hongkong tabloid Oriental Daily, the new purchase was a 35th birthday present for his younger sister Jennifer Tse, as well as dowry should she ever get hitched. Jennifer was reported to have moved into the apartment.
Jennifer was linked earlier this year to The Avengers star Jeremy Renner, though she later denied the rumours in a media interview.
So where is Nicholas getting his house-buying dough from? The budding mogul has been making moolah from his various business ventures, including a production company which he sold for S$24.8mil last year.
The foodie and host of food travelogue Chef Nic also launched his own cookie brand called Taste of Nic, a kitchen equipment line and a restaurant in Beijing.
