Mickey Huang finished a whole box of tomatoes because he “fears death”

Mickey Huang shared in an interview recently that his arms have been going numb quite frequently. As winter approaches, the cold temperatures have been negatively affecting his blood circulation.

However, he has since found a remedy for his ailment. The Taiwanese host shared that after a recent body check-up, the doctor advised him to consume more tomatoes, which are said to help with blood circulation. After hearing the words of the doctor, Mickey immediately went to the supermarket to buy an entire box of them.

“That was my first time finishing an entire box of tomatoes. This just shows how much I fear death!” Mickey quipped.

The 47-year-old went on to admit that his body has not been in the best shape for the past two years, with his frequent overseas schedules making it worse.

At one point, the host flew to Beijing thrice over a period of five days. Soon after, he decided to reduce the number of jobs he took on in order to focus on recuperating.

“The amount of jobs I have in Taiwan alone for the past two years has been tough on me,” he shared, adding that he’ll make it up to his friends in China next year.

However, this does not mean that Mickey has been neglecting his health all this time. No matter how packed his schedule is, the host will force himself to get at least seven hours of sleep a night.

“In our industry, we consider all corners of the world as our home [due to our jet-setting lifestyles], but no matter where we are, being able to sleep in our own beds is always a blessing.”
