Louis Koo Is 46 And Still Collects Ang Pows During CNY

Hongkong actor Louis Koo was in town yesterday (Jan 19) for the opening of Tod’s Marina Bay Sands boutique.
During a quick four-minute chat, the 46-year-old shared that he is rushing to finish two movies before Chinese New Year next weekend.
Despite his hectic schedule, the actor makes sure he stays home during the festive season, so that he can spend time with his family and friends.
“For me, Chinese New Year is the most important holiday of the year, and I think I should spend it with people who are close to me," he told us in Mandarin. "I’d usually have a dinner gathering with my family, and also meet up with a few of my classmates. I make it a point to stay in Hongkong and not travel nor work during those days.”
When asked if he follows the tradition of giving out ang pows to juniors, the star smiled and said: “No, I won’t be doing that. When people see me, they don’t ask me for a red packet too. Luckily, I’m not married yet, so I can still receive red packets from other people! (Laughs).”
