Kenny Bee Says He Has Had Almost "Zero Income" For 6 Months 'Cos Of COVID-19

It’s no secret that the entertainment industry has been hit hard by the COVID-19 pandemic, with many major events, concerts, and film productions being cancelled or postponed indefinitely, leading to huge financial losses and severely impacting the livelihoods of many showbiz workers.

Even a respected veteran like Cantopop singer Kenny Bee has not been spared. During a public appearance yesterday (Jun 11), the 67-year-old revealed that he has had almost “zero income” since the beginning of the year, which is around the time that the coronavirus began to spread.

However, instead of wallowing in self-pity, Kenny did what he could to help his fellow musicians by inviting them to help record songs for him so that they would have some work to do (and have their morale boosted along the way).
