Kelly Huang resumes work after divorce saga

Taiwanese actress Kelly Huang made her first public appearance on the variety show Hot Door Night two days ago, following the sudden news of her divorce to basketball player Ho Shou Cheng last week.

While the actress looked to be in good spirits, she appeared visibly slimmer and crew members of the programme even revealed that she felt unwell before the filming.

However, that did not seem to stop her as she serenaded the audience with her rendition of Hong Kong singer Sandy Lam’s song, ‘Love, Sandy.’

It was also reported that Kelly had already been invited to star in 10 other reality programmes, but has requested that her divorce be kept out of the limelight. Instead, she chose to focus on topics like her life activities or playing games.

The 37-year-old actress also posted an update on Facebook a few days ago and shared that she had plans to focus on her career.

“I have begun working harder since mid-October but going out once in a while really helps. I have to thank my family and friends for their concern and it is their support that lets me know that nothing is too difficult to overcome,” the actress wrote.

Kelly’s announcement of her divorce came as a shock as the pair were previously inseparable and were even said to have plans to start a gym business together.
