The actress dropped a bombshell announcement on everyone earlier this week, when she announced that she had tied the knot with her beau, American architect David Moore. The couple’s nuptials were witnessed by around 100 guests, including local celebrity couple Felicia Chin and Jeffrey Xu, as well as Belinda’s Peace & Prosperity cast mates, Xiang Yun and Michelle Wong. After her announcement, a number of Belinda’s celebrity friends and colleagues left congratulatory messages for the newlyweds as well.

The old friends (they’ve known each other for 30 years) met up for a meal and catch-up session in Paris recently. 

In their separate posts, both Dennis and Sharon mused about their friendship, and their lives before making their showbiz debuts.

“My first night in Paris, I had an authentic French dinner. It was really delicious,” Dennis wrote in his caption. “As you (Sharon) were eating, you suddenly turned to me and said, ‘Tonight's meal really touched (my heart), and I thought of how you and I, along with your mum and younger sister, shared a packet of chicken rice together 30 years ago’. Your eyes were red. At that time, we were poor, but very happy. Today, all of us are doing well, with no need to worry about being able to feed ourselves. But, we’ve all experienced how society complicates matters. It’s not easy to be happy. That night, the simple meal (we had) was so comforting. The cold weather outside contrasted perfectly with the warmth we felt in our hearts.”

"When we were teenagers, he wrote songs and sang to me at the old HDB playgrounds, we shared our dreams of being actors over a packet of chicken rice. He was in love with my best friend but I was the one who stayed by his side, scriptreading with him for his first TV drama The Future is Mine," reminisced Sharon.

Looks like Woody from the Toy Story movie series and his love interest, Bo Peep are super popular amongst couples this year, with celebrity couple Hannah Quinlivan and Jay Chou dressing up as them, complete with the toy figurines of their respective characters as their cherry on top.

We also love how Yvonne and her family really leaned in to the "past life lovers” saying, with little Alexa being the Bo Peep to Alex’s Woody, and AJ being the Buzz Lightyear to Yvonne’s Jessie.

The model-actress shared on Instagram that she had originally planned to buy a “firefighter's costume from Costco” for Max’s Halloween costume this year. However, the 4-year-old decided that he wanted to be a hedgehog instead. After looking high and low for a ready-made costume, Sonia finally threw in the towel, and decided to DIY one herself, working tirelessly for three days to come up with Max’s hedgehog shell. Kudos to her.

Two weeks ago, Andie, who is shooting a drama in Ipoh, had posted that he did not have "the courage to look at my kids’ photos cos I know I’ll miss them too much."

Last week, Christine Fan and Blackie Chen dropped by Singapore ahead of the former's concert in Singapore later this month with their kids for a holiday.
