Celebrity couple Zanilia Zhao and Feng Shaofeng will be welcoming their first child into their lives this year. The reel-to-real-life couple announced their marriage in October this year with a simple post starting that they had registered their marriage.
Even before tying the knot, it was rumoured that the 31-year-old was pregnant, from as early as August last year. Although Zanilia had denied the reports, the rumours continued to spread, with sightings of the actress with a baby bump under her winter jacket, as well as pictures of a pregnancy report with the actress’s name on it.
Yesterday, Zanilia and Shaofeng took to Weibo to confirm the good news, with an insider sharing that Zanilia is currently seven months pregnant with a baby boy, and that the expected due date of the couple’s child is in March. It was also reported that the couple did not hide the news of Zanilia’s pregnancy from their close friends and family, and that Shaofeng is overjoyed at the news of having a son.
Previous reports have also shared that the reason behind the couple’s decision to forgo a pre-wedding photoshoot was due to Zanilia’s pregnancy.
