G.E.M poses with rumoured boyfriend

Hong Kong based singer-songwriter G.E.M’s love life has been put under the spotlight this year, ever since she was seen holding hands with an unnamed male in April and later going on a secret vacation with him to Tokyo in September.

The mystery male has been identified as her new stylist, Mark Ngai, who also happens to be the grandson of wealthy business Wong Kwok Sing (Hong Kong actress Rosamund Kwan’s first husband).

Despite being photographed many times with him, G.E.M has always declined to comment on her relationship status and even shared in a previous interview that “I will not be going public with any of my relationships, unless we decide to get married.”

However, a rare photo of G.E.M and Mark that circulated on the Internet two days ago, appeared to confirm their relationship as the pair looked very close, even in a group picture with two other friends. The couple were wearing matching black caps as the singer leaned on his shoulder and smiled to the camera.

The photo has since been deleted and it was later rumoured by netizens that Mark’s mother was the one who had uploaded it.

G.E.M was in a previous relationship with fellow singer Yoga Lin but the couple split after a much-publicised breakup in 2014.
