Beyoncé Pregnant With Twins

Never mind the gloom and doom of the current political climate. Beyoncé is pregnant with twins! Queen Bey Instagrammed the surprise in a post last night that has since garnered 7.7 million likes at press time.

The news came right after rapper Pharrell Williams announced that he had recently welcomed triplets with his wife, model Helen Lasichanh. Talk about stealing one's thunder. Beyoncé’s post has since beaten previous record-holder Selena Gomez, whose pic of her sipping from a bottle of Coca Cola garnered 6.3 million likes last year.

But who cares about soft drinks when it's Queen Bey, clad in lingerie and cradling her pregnant tummy, that we're talking about. But we have to say that this announcement is a lot less epic than when she revealed she was preggers with Blue Ivy at the MTV Video Music Awards in 2011. After performing ‘Love On Top’, Beyoncé dropped her mic and pulled open her sequinned blazer to reveal her baby bump.
