The freelance actor and wood plastic composite businessman could have been jailed for up to six months or fined up to S$5,000. Quick recap: On May 8 around 4.40am, the 26-year-old lost control of his vehicle along Jalan Ahmad Ibrahim. He was found to have 55 micrograms (mcg) of alcohol in 100ml of breath, above the legal limit of 35 mcg.
The whole incident was "mentally torturous", according to Aloy.
On the verdict, good friend and fellow NoonTalk Media artist Xubin tells us at the Doppelganger lensing ceremony: "When news of the incident first broke, I texted Aloysius and he told me that he was under a lot of stress. However, throughout the past month, I didn't ask him exactly what happened."
He adds: "I heard about his verdict today and I believe he learnt his lesson. I believe he won't repeat the same mistake as he told me he has already quit drinking."
