Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok pulled out all the stops for his one-year-old daughter, Chantelle (also known as Chant)’s birthday party.

Held at Hong Kong Disneyland Hotel, the 52-year-old is understood to have shelled out a small fortune to ensure the attendance of famous "guests" like Mickey Mouse, as well as every child’s favourite princess, Elsa. According to reports, it is exceedingly hard to get the official Mickey Mouse mascot to appear at a party.

Other celebrity guests in attendance included celebrity couples Chingmy Yau and Sham Kar Wai, Julian Cheung and Anita Yuen, as well as Miriam Yeung and Real Ting.

With a large pastel blue backdrop with the words, “Hong Kong Disneyland wishes Chantelle a Happy 1st Birthday”, as well as the presence of Mickey Mouse for the cake-cutting ceremony, the party looked like something straight out of a fairy tale.

However, Julian and Anita’s son, Morton Cheung, was clearly unimpressed by the decor and party. The 11-year-old uploaded a quick snap of the event on his Instagram story, with the words, “I’m so bored,” on it.

Though Chant’s exact date of birth was never revealed, judging from the date the party pictures were posted, it seems that the baby girl was born in early September, instead of mid-September as previously reported.

Aaron and his model-actress wife, Moka Fang, tied the knot in a quiet ceremony in April last year, and welcomed Chantelle five months later.
