Hong Kong singer-actor Aaron Kwok and his wife, Chinese model Moka Fang, attended a horse race at the Sha Tin Racecourse on July 1.
The couple arrived hand-in-hand and appeared to be in a very good mood, even stopping to pose for photographers and answer reporters' questions. However, their daughters were nowhere in sight, and Aaron confirmed that they did not bring them along that day.
When asked if he has faith that his horse Dancing Fighter, who was competing in the day's race, will win, the 53-year-old laughed and said, "You'll have to ask the trainer!" He also clarified that he did not place any bets, and was simply there to support his horse.
Before the third round of the race commenced, Aaron, Moka, and their entourage were reported to have gone down to the tracks, where Aaron greeted Dancing Fighter's jockey and offered him some words of encouragement.
At the end of the day, Dancing Fighter finished in second place, earning HK$202,400 (about S$35,000) in prize money. As the owner, Aaron himself walked away with a cool HK$140,000 (about S$24,000).
