A rocking end to the decade with homegrown talents
The best of Singapore’s local dance, music and fashion talents went all out at the Let’s Celebrate 2020 countdown party

<p>Countdown party <a target="_blank" href="https://tv.toggle.sg/en/channel5/shows/l/let-s-celebrate-2020">Let’s Celebrate 2020</a> successfully ended the decade on a high note for party-goers who turned up at The Promontory @ Marina Bay last night and viewers who were watching the live telecast in the comfort of their homes.</p>
<p>The party, which featured performances by close to 100 of Singapore’s local dance, music and fashion talents, kicked off at 7.30pm with next-gen singers like funk band Astronauts, Glen Wee and Dru Chen.<br /></p>
<p>Mediacorp artistes Ayden Sng, Daryl-Ann, Jarrell Huang and Fang Rong also joined the stage to serenade music fans before <a target="_blank" href="https://entertainment.toggle.sg/en/entertainment/localbuzz/photos/star-… Search 2019</a> champ <a target="_blank" href="https://entertainment.toggle.sg/en/entertainment/localbuzz/photos/zhang… Zetong</a> and runner-up <a target="_blank" href="https://entertainment.toggle.sg/en/entertainment/localbuzz/article/herm… Keh</a> took to the runway for a sustainable fashion show featuring local labels like Jo Kilda, Q MENSWEAR, Olive Ankara, as well as pieces from Nanyang Academy of Fine Arts (NAFA).</p>
<p>Homegrown talents Benjamin Kheng, Aisyah Aziz, “Papa Rock” Ramli Sarip, and <a target="_blank" href="https://entertainment.toggle.sg/en/entertainment/localbuzz/article/we-s… Sokko</a> brought the party to a high before the festivities ended with a ten-second countdown led by hosts Sonia Chew and Fiza O followed by a spectacular fireworks display.</p>
