She’s known for her hit songs such as ‘Watching the Sunrise With Me’, 'One Day I Will', and 'Waiting for A Sunny Day'. She’s been in showbiz for 20 years, and was even in the running for Best Female Mandarin Singer at 2008's Golden Melody Awards, Mandopop's version of the Grammys. However, local singer Joi Chua has never held a full-fledged concert in Singapore. Say what?

It’s been a long time coming, but fans of Joi can finally, um, take joy in the fact that the singer will be holding her very first solo concert here next week (Nov 29) to celebrate 20th annivesary of her self-titled debut album. The gig, titled Joi Chua Flow Concert, will be held at the Suntec Convention and Exhibition Centre.

You would think Joi would be feeling stressed about her concert, but the spunky 41-year-old is not breaking a sweat over it.
