Jeff Wang’s Son “Wants To Be A YouTuber”, So Why Hasn’t Dad Shown His Face To The World Yet?
His 12-year-old son regularly vlogs and posts pictures of his life on his private Instagram account.
You may recognise Taiwanese star Jeff Wang as one of the chatty hosts of City Beat or the villainous Ying Tiancheng in 2003 Ch 8 mega hit Holland V. No, wait, you probably remember him most for playing a conniving crab in the Star Search 1999 finals, where he was eventually named the overall male champion. (History lesson: Vivian Lai emerged champ among the girls.)
The 43-year-old former Ch 8 actor left Singapore a decade ago to seek greener pastures back in his home country, where he got his big break playing a doctor in 2009 Taiwanese drama Mum’s House. His popularity continued to rise thanks to roles in several long-running dramas, and now Jeff is a bona fide star in Taiwan.
