Yummy factor: Ah Jie was tagged by veteran Hongkong actress Michelle Yim to take part in the Pink Desserts Home Challenge to support cancer patients, and she certainly rose to the occasion. Check out her heart-shaped bakes and pink frosting!

What she ate: Korean BBQ with A Quest to Heal co-stars Xu Bin and Qi Yuwu

Yummy factor: 715 said he'd take Carrie for some good food after the Circuit Breaker and he kept his word. Check out those gorgeous slabs of meat on the grill. Who else is craving Korean BBQ now? 

What they ate: Pork chop buns

Yummy factor: Ben and Fann joined hands earlier in the week and whipped up a Macau speciality — pork chop buns — and it looks like it could have been from a cha chaan teng. Fun fact: Fann baked the buns herself.

What she ate: Mala xiang guo

Yummy factor: This week, Shu An ate out for the first time in months, and she made a beeline for mala xiang guo at a coffee shop. Go easy on the spices though — #maskne is real, and the heat from MLXG may just make it worse!

Yummy factor: The combat sports-themed work of art (check out the realistic, life-sized UFC glove) may have been meant for Zavier Tan’s (Liping’s son) 18th birthday, but the cheeky mummy couldn’t help but have fun with the red velvet cake anyway. Happy belated birthday, Zavier!

What he ate: Prawn noodles and sio bak

Yummy factor: Desmond spent hours toiling at the stove making prawn noodles and crispy pork belly for Daddy Tan and the family on Father’s Day — the boss of the house is a happy man, alright!

Yummy factor: For Andrea’s birthday (Jun 24), Pierre ordered the black forest cake from online bakery Fork It, and it may just be Pierre’s favourite version yet. Think valrhona chocolate cake enveloped in rum-infused fresh cream, and topped with cherries soaked in even more rum. Does that sound decadent or what?

What he ate: Dim sum

Yummy factor: We don’t know about you, but we’re craving for some dim sum now after seeing Siming’s spread. From dumpling soup to xiao long bao and chee cheong fun, Siming’s definitely making up for what he missed whilst staying home.

What she ate: Pineapple tarts

Yummy factor: It may not be the Lunar New Year, but pineapple tarts are always a good idea, especially if they’re made by a Le Cordon Bleu-trained baker. Jeanette spent an afternoon with Thermomix baking these yummy babies from scratch, and they look absolutely lovely and buttery.

What she ate: Keto bak chang

Yummy factor: Is there anything that Yvonne can't cook? Instead of the regular rice dumplings, Yvonne decided to make keto-friendly Hokkien bak chang using cauliflower for the Dragon Boat Festival. This healthier version is based off a traditional bak chang recipe from BFF Fish Leong's mum, and she says it "tastes really good".

Yummy factor: Holy crab! Check out Sora’s chilli crab “cake” from House of Seafood, made for crustacean lovers. It’s a whole crab  (doused in gravy!) atop a bed of rice and decorated with spring onions, fried mantous and cucumber slices.

What she ate: Collagen hotpot

Yummy factor: What did you crave most during the Circuit Breaker? For You Yi, it was steamboat, so Black Knight Hotpot’s collagen hotpot was a must-visit on the first day of Phase 2. Time to load up on the youth-boosting broth!

What she ate: Marbled chiffon cake

Yummy factor: It's no secret that Fann has perfected the art of baking perfectly fluffy chiffon cakes. So of course she had to up the ante with a “camo” version featuring cocoa and matcha powder. Love how it turned out!

What he ate: Chwee kueh

Yummy factor: Headed out for a meal during Phase 2? What was the first thing you had? Nick’s choice was a wobbly stack of chwee kueh with plenty of chai poh and sambal chilli — his all-time fave.

What he ate: Cupcakes

Yummy factor: Xu Bin’s wifey Evelyn Wong got him half a dozen cupcakes from Twelve Cupcakes to celebrate Father’s Day, and little Ethan did the honours of feeding his daddy the Oreo-flavoured one! Awww...

What they ate: Seafood and sake

Yummy factor: Aren’t you glad we’re able to meet our friends now? Sonia caught up with Rozz over at her crib, and brought over some of the freshest sashimi-grade scallops and ikura to pair with sake — talk about a decadent snack!

What she ate: Homemade bak chang

Yummy factor: With more time on hand, Ya Hui has been getting more adventurous in the kitchen. This week, she attempted to help her mum wrap traditional rice dumplings. Although they didn’t turn out quite satisfactory (she could not proceed after adding the fillings), at least she still has her mum’s tried-and-tested version to nom on!

What she ate: Mango chiffon cake

Yummy factor: With mangoes in season now, there’s probably no better time to have all things mango. Here’s Jaime’s take on the tropical fruit, in the form of a cottony-soft chiffon cake that she can’t stop raving about. What he ate: Sinful supper

Yummy factor: From sausage prata to mee goreng (with the perfect gooey sunny side up) and sup  kambing (mutton soup), as well as a sweet lassi to wash everything down, Pornsak certainly held nothing back whilst resuming his regular supper sessions with friends.

What they ate: Mini tok panjang

Yummy factor: Birthday nosh for Glenn’s birthday (Jun 22) was a decadent Nyonya-inspired spread by Sharon Gonzago (of Masterchef Singapore fame) — think kurobuta pork satay, wagyu rendang and more. And what’s a birthday celebration without a fancy, OTT cake?

What she ate: Polka-dotted cupcakes

Yummy factor: Huang Biren sent a box of colourful blossoms to Xiuhuan, and we love how cheery they look with the bright hues and polka dots. Aesthetics aside, these mini cupcakes from Captiatebakes pack a punch with their flavours too — think speculoos, kaya, white chocolate and more.
