Fitness studio Upside Motion, known for its signature Xtend Barre classes and yoga and pilates-inspired workouts, has come up with a 45-minute “napercise” called Aerial Recharge. Pop in during lunch time, get your power Z's, and pop out, ready to take on the rest of the day with renewed vigour. Sounds good? Yasss.
