Intricate jars of this and fancy bottles of that? How un-millennial. Over at the young, hip and trendy brand that is Patchology, which hails from the US, it's all about minimalist packaging (with an emphasis on millennial pink and mint green), convenience and quick beauty on the go. Throw in a generous dollop of quirky and colourful packaging and cheeky names, and you have an on-the-cusp-of-cult beauty label that's a big hit on social media. Their signature products are the undereye and lip patches (inspired by medical patches) which you may have seen plastered on the faces of beauty influencers, who somehow manage to make a shiny patch on your cheeks and lips look really, really cool. There are also face masks aplenty and kits which contain a mix of masks, patches and other beauty implements that, though small on size, contain highly-effective and skin-loving ingredients that are "delivered speedily into the heart of the skin using cutting-edge skincare delivery technologies." All well and pretty, but do they work? We try some of the products.
