Rui Yong says: “Singapore has one of the most uncomfortable weathers for running a marathon because the heat and humidity make it very challenging to have a good experience and to get a good timing. If you take a short flight to Australia and run a marathon in Sydney, Melbourne or Gold Coast, the weather is so much better. For me, it can easily take five to 10 mins off my run.
