As parts of the world begin to ease lockdowns, some countries are allowing dining in at restaurants again. But social distancing will still have to be practiced to prevent the resurgence of the coronavirus. Which is why F&B businesses have been prepping for this new normal — in very innovative ways, may we add. Nope, taping a huge ‘X’ across tables and chairs just won’t cut it. There are mannequins, plush toys and even pool floats involved, okay?

While we won’t be able to at eateries here in Singapore even after the circuit breaker, there’s no stopping us from getting inspiration and a taster of what dining out will be like in the time of Covid-19.
