To me, the worst thing about going abroad is the plane ride. The idea of being on a long flight is simply dreadful. The cramped seats, the thought of airplane toilets, endless hours, and turbulence — it’s the perfect storm for my anxiety. I had to get on a 24-hour flight recently, and I decided to equip myself with everything I could possibly need to stay calm and survive the marathon in the sky.
