While the original no longer exists (not sure why, was it destroyed?), Cartier had in its archives drawings and photographs of the piece and its owner, which were used to create the Toussaint necklace, a replica which is apparently a pivotal character in the Ocean's 8 story.

The Jeanne Toussaint necklace was adjusted to Anne Hathaway’s measurements and reduced by 15 to 20 per cent of the original size, as it was initially designed for a man. Cartier mobilised the resources of its High Jewelry workshops in Paris, and their best jewellers created the replica necklace — with zirconium oxides standing in for flawless, colorless diamonds — in less than eight weeks. When Anne wore the masterpiece for the first time in New York, it fit her perfectly. Of course. And no, we don't think you can waltz into a Cartier boutique and buy it. Though you may be able to get your paws on the other Cartier pieces that are peppered throughout the film.
