This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: Nov 7-14
The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

As we approach the year-end festivities, we’re getting lots of outfit inspiration from the stylish stars this week — from sparkly sequins and standout hues (cue Kimberly Wang, Carrie Wong and Julie Tan) to dizzying prints and daring designs (think Oon Shu An and Amanda Chaang). Read on for more.

Ayden Sng
Mustard is undoubtedly one of the hardest colours to pull off. But Ayden, who’s all decked out in Fendi pieces for a photoshoot, managed to pull it off like a pro.

Julie Tan
In case you haven’t noticed, short suits, which are great for Singapore’s year-round summer weather, have been trending for some time now. The peach set on Julie is from Max Mara, and we love that she’d styled it with a pair of Gentle Monster sunglasses with chain that doubles up as a necklace.

Joanna Dong
Joanna gave us a style lesson on colour blocking this week, sporting a red on orange outfit here that looks anything but dull. Her red floral print Moncler hoodie made us wonder: Could her outfit be inspired by Little Red Riding Hood?

Amanda Chaang
Yowza! Amanda's plunging bodysuit is not for the faint-hearted. But we think she looks fabulous in it, and her next-level confidence has inspired us to step out of our comfort zone and be more adventurous when it comes to dressing up.

Kimberly Wang
The year end is fast approaching and although we can’t have mass gatherings this year, we can still dress up for our stay-home celebrations. Kimberly’s sparkly party-ready dress definitely puts us in the mood for Christmas!

Benjamin Tan
On days when a simple tee looks too sloppy and feels a tad too thin for wearing to your chilly office, consider layering a bomber jacket (like how Benjamin styled his outfit here) to pull your look together while providing some warmth.

Oon Shu An
The comfy chic style has never been more relevant than now, especially since we’ve been spending so much time at home. Shu An’s oversized shirt dress here by Moschino features eye-catching toile prints, making it extra Insta-worthy.

Kate Pang
Kate’s striking co-ords here are from Urban Revivo, and its bright hue gives a fresh and youthful spin to the classic corporate suit look. We love that Kate has styled it with a colourful bralette and dazzling earrings for maximum impact.

Elvin Ng
Houndstooth is a one of the perennial favourite patterns among the style set, and its go-with-anything appeal is showcased here. Elvin wore a houndstooth tee with fitted jeans and sneakers, exuding a manly charm that we’re sure will make his fans go weak in their knees.

Tay Kewei
Kewei’s printed jumpsuit is by homegrown label Nida Shay; its oversized bow shoulder design and violet hue, matched with a pair of bubble gum pink pumps, make her OOTD especially stunning.

Tong Bingyu
To inject a dose of fun into her black and white outfit, Bingyu (who’s recovering well from a surgery) styled her see-through dress with a bright and bold customised crossbody from Lonchamp and her pet pooch, looking too adorable to resist.

Simone Heng
We think a well-tailored suit is a must-have in every successful and stylish woman’s closet. Simone wore hers with a pussybow blouse and slick hair to look chic and refined.

Carrie Wong
No winter vacay this year? No problem. Carrie went ahead and wore her ski-holiday appropriate beanie with a purple blazer dress here, nailing the colour block trend with aplomb.

Sora Ma
Minimalists will fall in love with Sora’s simple yet stylish getup here, comprising of a halter dress and woven pattern sandals. You’ll have no issues wearing this look to the beach with your bae or picnic with the girls.

Yvonne Lim
Here’s another celeb who looks good in houndstooth. Yvonne’s sweater vest is great for layering when the weather gets cold but not exactly chilly; she wore it over a white shirt and black trousers combo to make her look more striking.

Constance Lau
We can’t travel right now but that doesn’t mean we can’t dress up like we’re holidaying. We’ll gladly wear Constance’s vacay-ready ensemble here for brunch dates or grocery shopping for now.

Yasminne Cheng
Yasmine looked ravishing in head-to-toe red for a hosting gig this week. We especially love her asymmetrical frock, sporting a gorgeous drape that drips drama and glamour.

Sonia Chew
In her Instagram photo caption, Sonia shared with her followers a great tip on how petite girls how can make themselves look taller in photos. And that is to go for pants that fit well. We can’t agree with that; check out how long her limbs look in those striped high waist pants.

Tay Ying
While floral prints on a bright and bold piece give off major feminine vibes, a darker design — like the cropped top on Tay Ying — can exude an air of mystery, and grownup feel. Match it with your favourite jeans and you’re ready to welcome your weekend.

He Ying Ying
Ying Ying’s outfit may seem feminine and flirty at first glance but it’s her knee high boots that add a cool, edgy and tough girl appeal to her look.
