This Week’s Best-Dressed Local Stars: May 1-8
The most stylish celeb OOTDs of the week.

Standout prints and striking colours were on the top of minds of stars like Carrie Wong, Jesseca Liu, Tong Bing Yu, and Jeanette Aw this week. Meanwhile, Jamie Yeo and her munchkin Luke showed that twinning is winning with their matching PJs.

Jamie Yeo
How cute are Jamie and Lukey? The mother and son wore twinning PJs by Friso and home-grown kidswear label Maison Q that feature poop prints 'cos – true story – good sleep leads to good poop.

Rebecca Lim
Becks looks captivating and radiant in this lilac frilly frock from Tod's. We love the ruffles that lend an air of romance.

Jesseca Liu
Office wear, but make it fabulous. We absolutely adore how confident and striking Jesseca looked in this pussybow flowy top and fuchsia pink pencil skirt combo.

Jeremy Chan
Also spotted in pink this week was Jesseca's hubby Jeremy. Between the baby pink sweater, shorts and Valentino logo tote, this outfit is as charming as it is fun.

Carrie Wong
Still on the fence about colour clashing? Allow Carrie’s turquoise meets highlighter yellow ensemble to persuade you. The juxtaposition certainly made her look extra fresh and ready to meet any challenge of the day.

Glenn Yong
Clad in a grey pinstripe oversized suit and printed shirt (plus that aquamarine bleached tresses), Glenn could pass off as a K-pop idol.

Jeanette Aw
Jeanette took a walk on the wild side in the form of a leopard print blazer, layering it over a simple black dress and freshly unboxed sneakers.

Hazelle Teo
We love how the cutout design on the sides added an interesting element to Hazelle’s black jumpsuit. Kinda reminds us of the iconic Versace safety pin dress that was famously worn by Elizabeth Hurley. Stunning!

Tong Bing Yu
We're pretty sure Bing Yu turned heads in this sporty yet sexy mesh two-piece by Calvin Klein. It's great option for those who want a more conservative alternative to a traditional bikini, without resorting to a one-piece.

Kate Pang
Those who favour timeless over trendy clothes, here’s a look to fall in love with. Kate opted for a tan ribbed dress and matched it with gold tone earrings and heels that added a touch of glamour to an otherwise simple outfit.

Phyllis Quek
We love how Phyllis’ polka dot dress (a timeless print we’d gladly wear again and again) played up the resort getaway vibe for this OOTD. We’ll be copying this look for our upcoming staycay.,

Hong Hui Fang
Hui Fang’s black pantsuit is a must-have for all stylish women because of its suit-all-occasion appeal. For a more Zoom meeting ready ensemble, switch the camisole with a freshly-pressed shirt, and get ready to nail your business presentation.

Michelle Wong
Michelle’s satin pink number offers the right balance between comfort and chic, making it a great piece to wear during those WFH meetings. Oh and hey, it blends in with the pretty blooms too.

Sonia Chew
With the gyms closed, it’s back to working out at home. That's when Sonia’s outfit featuring gym gear and blazer will come in handy, ensuring a seamless transition from yoga mat to Zoom meeting.

Nick Teo
If you think Nick’s jacket looks almost like it’s blending in with the sky, you’re not alone. The actor opted for a tie-dye windbreaker and layered it over his T-shirt and trousers combo, creating a sporty and street-style friendly look.

You Yi
Dressed in an after-hour appropriate outfit, we love how confident and at ease You Yi looked in front of the camera for a quick photoshoot. The most striking feature of her getup? Those bedazzling earrings that we can't wait to put on for a fashion party when the time comes.

Azura Goh
We love seeing how celebs get creative with their outfits. Azura pulled together a hipster look comprising of a black blazer, workout-ready cropped top, cargo pants with chain belt and a luxury designer crossbody.

Dick Lee
If you’ve been following our Best Dressed list for a while now, you’ll know that Dick aka Unkle Funkle’s fashion motto is always to go big than go home. His penchant for playful prints and clashing colours, always inspire us to have fun with our looks.

Kimberly Wang
Part romantic and part professional, we’re loving Kimberly’s white blazer and long dress pairing above. She completed her outfit with a matching hairband (cute!) and Dior Lady D Lite bag (chic!).

Tay Kewei
Kewei went for tonal and opposite dressing this week, styling an off-shoulder top with army green ripped jeans. She topped it off with a cute rattan bag and floral print boots.

Chen Xiuhuan
To make shorts appear less sloppy, follow in Xiuhuan’s footsteps by opting for tailored, high-waisted bottoms and pairing it with a tucked-in shirt. Go for frills like she did if you’re after a more statement-making look.
